Following the appointment of a receiver to distribute the proceeds of the assets of USA Retirement Management Services (“USARMS”), Eccleston would like to remind investors who lost money in this Ponzi scheme to submit their claims to the court-appointed receiver by DECEMBER 27, 2010.
In the case SECURITIES & EXCHANGE COMMISSION v. FRANCOIS E. DURMAZ et. al, Civil No. CV 10-1689-GW, the court has ordered that all persons having claims against USA Retirement Management Services (a.k.a. USA Financial Management Services, Inc.), Marlali Property Investment Company LLC, their subsidiaries or affiliates, must make and present their claims to the Receiver for those entities on or before DECEMBER 27, 2010 or be forever barred from participation in the distribution of the assets of the USA Retirement Receivership Estate.
Eccleston Law reminds investors of the firm’s new, fixed fee service offered to investors to submit their “fair fund” and receivership claims forms.
If you an investor and need help submitting your claims forms to the USARMS receiver, contact Jim Eccleston at the Eccleston Law Offices at 312-332-0000 to discuss how the attorneys at Eccleston Law Offices can help.
